  • Budgets & Stock Control– How to create, implement and maintain, workable templates created according to property specific requirements.
  • Guest Experience– Creating a Customized Guest Experience from a Housekeeping perspective through new innovative ideas including Turndown’s, Scanning Checks & Final Touches.
  • Room Snag Lists– Creating Maintenance and Housekeeping snag lists and providing the tools for senior management to do so in the future.
  • Housekeeping Staff Structures– Assessing all staff and ensuring each works to their strengths and improves on their weaknesses. Ensuring each staff member understands his or her specific duties and responsibilities.
  • Linen– Overview of different kinds of linen, training provided on how to check, store and maintain linen.

  • Interdepartmental links– Advise, create and develop effective relationship and working procedures between Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments.
